Funny story and I love the last sentence! There are a few nudist camps in the state that he could visit if the city stops him from undressing at the river. No pun intended but I'm not sure that the exposure that he'll receive from the news report is going to help him. Staying under the radar and being discreet may have been his best bet but we'll see!
