I was reading the title wrong. I was trying to imagine someone with 10 testicles made of stone.

No matter how bad people may claim it to be give me the NHS any day over what hey have in america.

The poor man couldn't get surgery because he couldn't afford medical Insurance or the cost so the sac just kept growing and growing. He got to the stage where his life was In danger and had to do something so he appealed for donations. then some turned nasty and accused him of doing It for the fame. Then when he did get a few donations, the US government stopped all his welfare payments and he couldn't pay his rent or eat.

Finally because he was the first of his kind to have testicles that big, a surgeon did It for free for research.

The surgery was gruesome, rather like removing a baby elephant.

But I have to say I will probably never see another man using his ball sac as a coffee table again.
