Fighting my husbands corner after his accident was not exploitation. He was very badly Injured which affected my life as well as his. I lost work In order to care for him. The accident was a result of council negligence especially after our lawyer discovered that some years prior a local councilor made an application for a street lamp to be moved nearer the step because It was so dangerous and they failed to do that.
