Moses was wrong on Gods word.

Post by Oblivion4463 »

I wanted to share this what I found really neat that most people dont consider.

Moses' teachings were in conflict with Gods true word as presented by Jesus.

Actually Moses was...WRONG...about Gods word and His promise to His people. Moses is responsible for what is believed by christians/jews/islam today. God said that He would deliver His people to the promise land and the messiah would come and destroy there enemies and take His place on the thrown. However, Moses thought that the promise land was the land of Canaan(there original homeland) but he was wrong. Jesus said that the promise land was in our hearts and not land at all. Moses saw that the canaanites were living there he thought that they had to be destoryed in the name of God and that the killings of women and children regardless of what they believe was justified. What evil!

Moses view of God was a vengeful one without mercy, Jesus's view of God was a merciful one without vengeance.

When Jesus came they didnt see him as the chosen one(Messiah) because of moses's teachings that contradicted Gods "true" word.(moses's interpretation) The promise was that he would deliver them to the promise land and build a temple, the Messiah would then come on a white horse in armor and would sit on the thrown. Instead...(Gods true promise of the promise land) Jesus came on a donkey in rags and didnt even make it into the temple without the rage taking him in the market place because of what Moses's wrong teachings had done to His word and teachings and His name(God) tarnished by innocent blood(canaanites) and greed(offerings). Jesus rightfully and morally and justifiably could not sit on a thrown built by the blood of innocent women and children(canaanites) and call Himself a righteous God. He built his promise of the promise land in the hearts of people with mercy by forgiving the jews for there sins of murder and corruption in the name of God by his own blood and said "forgive them, they know not what they do". The promise land is in the heart, not the land of Canaan.

The old testament is Moses's view of Gods word, the New testament is Jesus's view of Gods word. Its one or the other to believe, not both. One is the word of God and the other isnt.
