It is a reference to Cheshire cheese, the big cheese, is complimentary.

OK then how about Smiley Cat, as in the Cheshire cat of Lewis Carroll fame

Huh? Who told you that your great great grandmother was a native American? Was she Pocahontas? Anyway.......................................you must pick your own name, what about your real first name, or a regular name you like? But only you can do that.

Apache, but she didn't like that side of herself. Just kidding.

I don't remember ever hearing. She was adopted by a doctor after her parents died.

Thanks Ahso that gives me another subject to bring up to my 97 year old grandfather.

I bet he'll appreciate that. Most elderly people I've known enjoy talking about their past.

Yes I think he will enjoy it.

He is a retired Methodist preacher. He had a heart attack last Saturday and was almost giddy that he might finally die and get to meet the lord. He was laughing and joking about it. yesterday he was released from the hospital and is up and around again. He still prides himself that he eats bacon or spam and eggs every morning.
