some of these are very funny. oddly enough, though, the two first "books" were the only ones that are visible on the preview and I was quite taken aback.

French war heros: Napoleon could have a whole book just on his own, Charles de Gaulle (who inspired Chirac to enter into public life) as another example.

Jane Fonda: Anti war activist. Unpopular for her visit to Hanoi, Fonda was honoured by Barbara Walters in 1999 as one of the 100 greatest women of the century. She is currently actively campaigning against genital mutilation of your girls, and is involved in peace activism in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The rest of them looked quite funny. These, however, surprised me.

And Jane Fonda made a dumb mistake 35 years ago and the frothing, whining, loser vets can't digest their ineptitude. Very tedious this group. I like the rest!

David that's twice you've jumped into a light-hearted thread, meant as a joke, and dragged up your oh-so-obvious distaste for America. IT IS A JOKE. MEANT TO MAKE YOU LAUGH. LIGHTEN THE HELL UP. :-5

Your dislike for vets is nauseating.

Your dislike for vets is nauseating.BR you are right and I apologize for carrying my anger everywhere I go! Jane Fonda bashing has been so overdone I have trouble ignoring it being repeated. Deeeep Breath! OK. I will try to lighten the hell up. I have said that before and I was doing good there for awhile but the sudden conservative infestation of the Garden ignited my harsh words and recent temperament. BTW I Love my country. Just not the half that is running it.

David813 wrote: I Love my country. Just not the half that is running it.I happen to agree with you! "I love my country but I fear my government" is a very common patch on the vests of a lot of the brothers in the club. Now we can keep it in the threads meant for those discussions! Thanks, Dave, I appreciate your reply! :yh_hugs
