You Never Know What You're Going to Find :)

I've had an interesting couple of days. As I have said before, I am cleaning out my basement. I found a lot of interesting stuff packed up in those boxes. I had some stuff from my childhood, I came across an old metal lunchbox that I carried to school as a child. It was Scooby Doo dated 1973 and it still has the thermos, I also found my Christmas Furby it's a special edition reindeer one. I decided not to through them out and being the curious person I am I decided to look them up online. As it turns out the lunch box is kinda rare and they were selling them on there for $129 dollars. and the Furby for $65. I packed them both away, I figure the longer I keep them the more valuable they will get. I also found my old Easy Bake oven, I haven't checked the value of it yet.
As for the other odd thing. I was in the check out line at the store. I received some change after my purchase. In it were 3 dollar bills. They looked very old, I looked at the date of one. It said 1935. Being a coin and old money collector I went home and looked them up in one of my books. They sell for about $15 dollars apiece. So in getting 3 dollars in change I got $45 dollars worth of money! It pays to pay attention to what we get back in change! I also put these away to keep, I figure the older they get the more they will be worth!
