I was humming that Alanis Morrisette song You Learn from "Jagged Little Pill" and the lines
I recommend getting your heart trampled on to anyone
I recommend walking around naked in your living room
...
I recommend biting off more than you can chew to anyone
I certainly do
I recommend sticking your foot in your mouth at any time
Feel free
What makes you feel free? What would you recommend?

Definately laugh out loudly, it's contagious.
I recommend singing in public spontaneously and with heart. There was a homeless guy where I used to live that would break into Italian opera quite often. Happiest homeless guy I've ever met.

I barbeque in the rain also. If you let the rain stop you in Vancouver you'd never leave the house.
I recommend...doing cartwheels in the park.
