Sharing for those of you who can't see it on FB, and

because I'm so proud of my horse!

Unfortunately, not IN the parade, my niece took some of the parade

and I'll try and post those later.

Can you guys believe parade officials actually made me carry that

2 1/2'X3' sign? Thank goodness it didn't bother Leland in the

slightest. He was my awesome boy throughout, didn't even spook

when several balloons popped near us.

The ribbon you see is mine from the May 15th, 1974 parade, the last time

I rode in it:(As a baby, of course!!) ;)

Ha-ha, they couldn't find the sign my friend was supposed to have, but she said

it was okay 'cause there was no way she could have carried it, anyway!

Anne, it truly is wonderful to have him, I waited a long, long time. Because I'm

you know, the responsible sort! And even the 'inexpensive' types like he is

are money pits that you have to make sure you're on solid financial ground, first!

That's true Val there are men around where i live that simply refuse to get involved with 'horsey women' as they call them.
