Here's an interesting ad I found. It's just post-Depression and refers to people going back to work.

Looks more like post-prohibition.

21st Amendment was ratified in 1933, which was pretty much the peak of the depression, which didn't really start to recover until '35, and didn't REALLY fade until the beginning of the war in '39.
