That with all of the real threats to the country that have been greatly exacerbated by government actions the cartoon focuses on a natural disaster that the government is doing as much as anyone can to combat.

I presume that the title is a social comment, have we sunk this low in our political squabbles, and I applaud the sentiment.

Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. Desert Storm was a response. Daddy B was wrong to imply to the Kurds that we would help them, causing their slaughter, BUT it was little George that really started the mess by lying to get us into Iraq.

You are right that it is the present to be dealt with, is not possible to deal with the past. One would hope lessons would be learned from the past but it seems that is asking too much.

ISIS is really George's fault, since he killed Saddam. And Saddam was the one who ruled supreme with an iron fist, and would not have let ISIS gain control and run rampant such as it is.

Right. It's all Obama's fault. Sorry, I forget, sometimes.

If you say so.

I never assessed blame.

It has been six years now.

At what point is this President no longer the victim of circumstances?

Waiting for him to lead.

Leading from behind with a phone and pen ready at hand is a novel concept.

That really inspires a lot of confidence.

It's much like Political Spin - If something goes right, it's "We have achieved such & such". When it goes wrong it's due to "The situation we inherited from the previous Government".

It makes no difference how long a Government has been in power, they'll always take the credit for the positives & blame their predecessors for the negatives.

"We inherited the NHS from a Labour Government. If they hadn't have created it it, we wouldn't be in the mess of having to do our best to destroy it now".

Obama: I Hugged And Kissed Nurses At An Ebola Hospital And Felt Perfectly Safe Doing So

Following CDC protocol about exposure to possibly contagious individuals, those nurses will now be closely monitored for 21 days to see if they start golfing, blame their mistakes on others, show unusual sensitivity to Fox News, or scratch their crotches during the national anthem.

Hope n' Change

That's the spin Obama sycophants have been churning out for six years.

To be quite frank, it has been my experience this guy who currently occupies the White House (while not, golfing, fund raising) cries that his polices are failures because they could not overcome the policies of his predecessor.

The Conservatives here are still doing it, with the next election a matter of months away now and, to be fair, the Labour Government did exactly the same before them. It's the standard "Buck Passer" of all politicians, everywhere in the world.

Blame all our screw-ups on them. Take all the credit for everything they did right.
