Following ongoing problems with Wilson Energy, who are the contractors for managing payments for heating in these tower blocks ever since the refurbishments, I emailed the Council, Wilson Energy & my Councillor about an hour ago (23:00).
A few minutes later I received a reply from my Councillor, which I expected to simply be an automated reply confirming receipt. But no, it was a personal response saying that he'd make some enquiries & asking my permission to forward the email to the appropriate person.
I replied giving my permission & telling him that I was impressed at such a quick response, especially at such an hour. He promptly replied with...
I don’t always check my emails this late on a Saturday, but the game I was keenest to watch on Match of the Day has already been screened and West Ham v Burnley wasn’t holding my undivided attention!
