Facebook blocked me from joining groups for 30 days but its been 30 days and two weeks and I am still getting the message saying I am blocked.

I am having problems joining and postingto groups on Facebook . I was blocked from joining for 30 days and it has beenmore than a month and I am stillunable to join groups or post. Why is this? I thought I should have beenunblocked by now. Also, when I log in Ikeep getting asked to verify my identity and when I do this it says you areblocked from joining and posting to groups for 30 days because you did not pass a security check. I know I did pass the security check. And I keep getting this message every time I log in. So whats wrong?

Jashley... It sounds very much to me as though your account has been hacked.

let me give me you an example... We have a few sites for our Political Party. What happens, Is the opposition, In our case, the UAF, will hijack an account of a prolific poster on that site. Then, In their name, they'll write extremely racist comments or even threats to kill Muslims. Of course, those posts get reported and Facebook will even take the site down but block that poster without them even knowing anything about It.

It sounds to me, as If someone has done this to you.

My advice Is first of all, clear all Cookies. Go Into Facebook from Google and submit a report telling them you believe your account has been hijacked. Ask them to unblock you and If they do, change your account name and password.

This happened to me recently but Facebook alerted me that someone had tried logging Into my account and advised me to change passwords which I did.

That would certainly explain why all of those people are blocking you and unfriending you.

Yes, It may be lack of security that's caused a hijack...
