Some of these kids are delightful, so I can understand the parents rushing to show the world how nice and considerate their children really are.
The other kids throwing tantrums and chairs...........who in their right mind would let the world see the way they behave..................over a few sweets/candies ?

Yeah, it's kinda, "Look how stupid and greedy I have raised MY kids to be."
Though there was a few of them who showed remarkable maturity.

That was my favourite too, although there were also a few of the others, such as "Ok, we'll get more next time", and the other one, "Fair enough. No problem", then gives his Mum a hug.
