What's new ? My wife has always had the ability to know what is going on in my head
Strikes me as a very slow and cumbersome method.
Now, if they'd managed it with the natural thought patterns, even if it was the simplest of thoughts, I'd have been impressed but for the thinker to have to manually translate each word into a long series of physical movements and the recipients to have to translate a long series of visual flashes into words is now a mechanism that will grow quicker with refinement.
