I'm loving that, Oscar, thank you :-6
The expression on that owl's face...gone completely unnecessary, as my mum would say.

oscar, I want to say more. You have placed yourself in one of the world's hardest professions--politics. People will be snapping at you left, right & center. You are probably seeing that already. You must develop a thicker skin to deal with folks who really don't like you, unlike me. Be tough, but be cool, calm, collected & don't take offense, especially where none is meant. Honest advice from the heart.

I slammed the door on the way out but I've been ordered to get back here.
It's all Theia's fault... she's been berating me all though my fish and chip supper.
So, sorry, you'll have to blame Theia ... I had to come back as I'm scared of her.
However, you will have some respite as I'll be away at the weekend.

Yet my riposte gets deleted & her original insult doesn't.
Also, I recall I got an infraction a little while for calling Pahu an idiot. Am I to presume the same infraction is to be imposed for calling me a moron? Do I really care though? Not really. I have no argument with Oscar, personally. I just find her racist politics less than contemptuous.

Better yet, locked out of your car as it is running.

I can't slam doors In my house. My husband fitted those swing spring type things on every door. The Idea was, to keep the dogs from getting In some rooms but they have the opposite effect. They open just enough for the dog or cat to get In, then you realise one of them's missing after a few hours. Stupid Invention If you ask me.

Swinging doors like in the old wild west saloons? You're lucky he didn't install revolving doors to every room. You'd never stop spinning, and they are even harder to slam.:wah:

No, not like old wild west saloon doors. Bloody great hinges that are screwed to the top of the door. As soon as you're In, they swing the door shut which is just enough time to allow the cat In but not out.
