I agree with the sentiment (although I opened the thread assuming it related to the Darwin Awards ) but what do the bills propose to actually do - how do they propose to achieve their aim?

I think the idea is to just get politicians (and the public) used to Evolution. Advance it wherever and whenever it can be.

I wonder if Creationists get to celebrate the Monkey Trials instead.
