So the way I understand it, comcast can't make Netflix pay more because it wants smoother delivery of its product than Amazon Primes product.
That means there won't be additional cost to be passed on to me from Netflix.
But who is going to end up eating those costs if Comcast needs to make the same profit for its shareholders?
