If any one has a font that could transpose this in a proper fashion would be nice

Fixed, they call it. Let me try.

12+144+20+ 3√4 +(5x11) = 9² + 0

______________

7

That might be closer.

Id like to post the answer but hide it from those not wanting to see it. Like a spoiler alert. How would I do that ?

Can't be done, not on this forum anyway.

Here's my solution.

seithfed o

swllt yn ogystal â chwe deg y cant o £ 1

yna ychwanegwch un ac wyth a dau thruppences

ynghyd â hanner cant a phump ceiniogau (neu bedwar a saith gan y dylai gael ei alw)

Bydd bob amser yn dod i chwe swllt a ninepence.

If when translated it goes like this then you are correct......

A dozen, a gross and a score

Plus three times the square root of four

Divided by seven

Plus five times 11

Is nine squared and not a bit more

I was barking up the right tree then...

The seventh of a shilling as well as sixty per cent of one pound

then add one and eight and two thruppences

along with fifty five pennies (or four and seven as it should be called)

It will always come to six shillings and Ninepence.
