Is nothing sacred ?

Marathon world record holder Paula Radcliffe has "categorically" denied any form of cheating.
I thought I knew more than this until I opened my mouth

The authorities have to be careful before labelling someone a drugs cheat, as there are many legal, everyday substances that contain traces of chemicals prohibited in competitive athletics/cycling etc. Some fizzy drinks come into that category, as do some medicines, though I readily admit that I'm definitely no expert in this field!

You'll find that distance runners are rather slender, and short distance sprinters are fairly stocky. I'm not sure why this is, but it seems to be a fact !

A sawn off shotgun will have maximum effect over the short distance, but for long distance you need a rifle.
