Mother Rachel Fee and her partner Nyomi have been found guilty of murdering Rachel's two-year-old son Liam in Fife.
How on earth can this happen ?
Where were the neighbours, friends, relatives ?

His nursery and childminder both made their concerns known and What was done? Nothing, apparently.
