Just a bit. Hitler did actually support the creation of a jewish state in palestine as somewhere he could send the jews and corbyn is not the one conflating criticism of the jewish state with anti-semitism. . Mysogyny is probably a bigger problem in the labour party certailny is up here.

No, a poor choice of comparison maybe but there is a clear distinction between criticizing Jews in general and criticizing the actions of Israel's state apparatus.

If the theory that we shouldn't blame all Muslims for the actions of suicide bombers stands true then the same statement must be true about Jews.

To me it seems clear that he is simply saying that no-one can be held to account for the actions of their Governments or for other minorities who commit atrocities in the name of their own ideology. The statement is neither anti-semite, nor is it anti-Islam. It is merely the gutter press grasping at straws to twist something to mean something it doesn't.

Bear in mind, also, that Corbyn is the only MP to have been arrested for protesting AGAINST Racism during the anti-Apartheid rallies. To accuse him of being a Racist is laughable.

Any semi competent opposition party would be taking on the tories and what they are about to do to the country instead the blairites in the labour party act as if they have a right to rule and shoot themselves in the foot. Most people in the country see them as just the same as the tories labour membership under Blair went through thne floeer now it's clkimbing again and the blairites don't want another leadership election in case corbyn wins, get him to give in and resign that's what they're after.

Both Judaism and Islam are religions, not countries.

Whoever it was that complained confused the word Jew with the word Israeli.

That's not true in the slightest, about twenty percent of Israelis at the time is its formation were Arabs and, whilst it's now down to about ten percent, that's a lot of non Jewish Israelis.
