Uh oh ! Seems people are more pissed off tthan was supposed.
Ya usually know the result before bed in election day.
Its nine am sunday morning and srill no result.
Looks like we've got a hung parliament.
More women have been voted in than ever. We have our first indiginous person in the house of reps ever.... and a female.
The primeminister threw a hissy fit last night..... his gamble failed and has shown him as a bad sport. He wanted a double disallusionment, instead hes got more independants than before

Yep, absolutely. When britain voted on the brexit issue, i said it would have rammifications here. Basically disenfranchised people are going to have their say. But unlike other western countries voting is compulsary under threat of fines and imprisonment. They wanted evryone to vote and this is the result........suck it up . Pollies shouldnt tell the people they got it wrong after demanding they have to put forth an opinion on how they want their country run.

Its going to be days if not weeks before we have a proper outcome.
There was a hung parliament in 2010 but it was called before the weekend finished
If nothing else its going to be an interesting term of government.
The libs seem to think its all about labor scaring everyone about medicare......shows how detached they are from the thoughts of the populace.
Julie Bishop was saying she didnt understand the initial outcome.....thats the whole point Julie! None of you bothered to ask what the nation actually thought.

It was a bit richfor Turnbull to get upset. Hes the one who called an election in the middle of winter, in the middle of school holidays.
People tend not to be to happy lining up outside polling stations for over an hour on a cold windy rainy saturday.......by the time people actually voted they'd be thinking. "Why are we here again?....thats right, that barstard Turnbull made us......well i wont be voting for him again"

Why on Earth would you want someone who didn't care to be forced to have an opinion?! I'd probably do what you suggested happened, just vote the the stupidest and craziest thing possible out of sheer spite.

Oh dear god!
The government is saying they have to regain the trust of the people
The opposition is saying dont be surprised the government calls a 'snap' election.
The primeminister wants his ministers to respwct the opinions of the people.....but looked down and was muffled when he said that.....no one wants to acknowadge the re election of the one natuon party.
Thats kind of funny!
