Three years ago to the day, I missed seeing this obituary notice which has now come to my attention.

I have no recollection of the public argument in 1978 to which it refers. I have, however, vivid recollections of James Earl Jones' one man show with Burt Wallace at the piano, a television production of the play from 1979, and it has stayed with me as a document which reflected the times of which it spoke and the time at which it was produced.

I'm not sure whether anyone else here can bring it to mind. I've always thought it was the finest performance I can associate with James Earl Jones, and he is quite a performer.
