Times you beg for relief,

at any price, times one

minute more.

Days you harbor,

so close to your soul,

years you have let go by.

Dust off all your worldly

possessions, hurry to love once more.



All the heart you `ve given or taken,

has tired you clear to the bone...

Easy to rest from the distance,

measure the day that folds,

easy to cry, easy to smile,

nothing here is won or lost..

Rain

Come closer,

do you think of me

in your Winter rains,

grays touch the ocean.

Come sit,

my hands are warm

merely empty.

I reminisce,

incidental moments

remind me....you too?

the paths we walked are the same I`m sure,

void of our impressions.

Do you think of me

when the rains fall?

it`s been so long...



Well better go,

rain is passing.

Thought you might like to know

I think of you..

Rain is that way sometimes.
