Staff meetings have been far shorter since I became de-employed.

The greatest business problem is Staff .
If you ever find an honest and highly motivated person , guard them jealously .
Only work to the highest possible quality standards -- products and services.
I was lucky . I found in my first five years that people are selfish , greedy , deceitful , liars and dishonest .
Since then I have minimised the need to employ whenever and wherever possible .
Naturally , given that sort of stance , I have to do almost everything myself .
Brilliant . I work four days a month and sack customers immediately they give trouble -- which means that over time I have gathered the nicest bunch of people as my customers . A second family no less .
Simples .
