Britain is facing an infertility crisis, with the number of couples who experience problems conceiving expected to double within the next 10 years. A leading fertility expert told a conference in Denmark yesterday that, by 2015, one in three couples may need IVF treatment or similar fertility procedures.

The low success rates of such treatments means soaring numbers will be left childless. Professor Bill Ledger predicted a ''infertility timebomb,' with thousands of couples forced to go through treatment.

In Ireland, there is no problem. Must be Guinness.

It is interesting that countries like Great Britain and the U.S. are limiting reproduction because of a perception that the world’s population is out of control. It is frustrating that while limiting our own reproduction we open our borders to those who have no interest in our plan to save the planet. One day the balance will tip, and those who have no interest in limiting reproduction will have the majority vote and have control. The rest of us will have limited ourselves out of existence.

It's all the fault of Britain's high taxes.

It makes them unhappy and so they drink too much.

It's called the 'Brewer's Droop Syndrome'.
