I need a banner for my web site, so I can link it to other web sites.

The image part is fine but how do I get it coded ?

my friends boyfriend does this for a living, unfortunately they are on holiday, if no-one else comes up with an answer for you this week, remind me on sunday & i'll find out for you

I have since found out that you can get free ones on the net but they seem pretty basic, what Im looking to do is use one of my own images , but the html thing is the bit I cant get my hied round.

It would be great if your friend could help me out , if I haven`t done it by the weekend I`ll let you know.
