Finally, the mindless quest for higher ratings and profits - through pure coincidence, I'm sure - finds an actually meaningful show.
The show is about a bunch of teens with pretty typical teen problems that the parents are too inept, lazy, or overwhelmed to handle. the kids go to a wilderness training-tough love counseling camp. Well worth watching. They show two episodes back-to-back on Wednesday evenings.
The latest adventure was when the kids were walked out into the wilderness blindfolded and individually left alone for 3 days "for reflection." One kid had a major breakthrough, one had a minor breakdown, and one wrote her parents a letter about how they (the parents) didn't care about her because she's out here dying and it's all their fault.
