JASMUND,
I know what your talking about, it is hard on the back. I myself don't have such a problem, but I have several friend with the same issue. A few of them have had the breast reduction surgery and are extremely happy with the results. Their back and shoulder pain stopped. They can buy bra's with regular staps instead of the heavy duty ones that carve into your shoulders.
Also the shoulder take a beating when you have larger than usual breast for your size. It's a problem I know. I hope you can find a way to be comfortable. Have you tried SPORTS BRA'S they crisscross in the back and have a heavier spandex.
OK my problem area is my thighs hate them, I have muscular legs and my thigh have alway been big.. I'm 5feet 4inches tall and would kill for skinny legs..

Since your guy likes em so much.. and I kinda think Nomad and I are partial to em, er, you, to you, thats right! I think that your guy ought to take care of some of the responsibilities that go along with them, up keep if you will!
First he needs to buy you the best harnesses money can buy to insure stability when walking or running. Keeping the load closest to your body and he should often remind you to lift with your legs!
Every night he should massage your body, back muscles and neck muscles and well lets face it any other places you may be sore as well!
If perchance hes out of town, he needs to get a professional to assist you. (massage therapist)
Monthly, as they swell, you should be treated to a spa treatment, manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, mineral wrap mud bath, whatever is necessary to relive those sore tired muscles that are over loaded druing the hright of the swelling time period.
Am I making this clear.... if he likes em so much he ough tto take care of you enough to make you comfortable.
And thats my professional husbandly opinion! And I ought to know, cause my wifes got some decent size kazongas!
Thats as thick as warm maple syrup ! :wah:

Carla- I will trade my breasts for your thighs anyday!
-Why do you hate muscular thighs, I have muscular legs(no comments far or nomad)
-So what if they are big, muscular is cool.
What you want to have skinny thighs for then you legs wont have any shape to them, you will look like the bottom half of a telephone pole.
-it may be genetic.

i am going to reply to this in a clinical manner...having very large breasts may be amusing or even titillating to some, but it is a big pain. aside from the obvious, back pain, discomfort, etc. they are crushed and smashed and have red bleeding heat rash from bullet-proof vests. i am not kidding...BLEEDING from the heat. :-1

there is nothing more sexy than stripping off for your guy and there being deep marks across your shoulders from your boulder holster...
l hear what you are saying about the discomfort, l also have a problem viewing my feet!
But when it comes to surgery on them l am a wimp, have watched to many operations and the thought of having that done to me (hides behind couch) GULP no thanks....
Like others have suggested Carla etc sometimes you've just got to look for a really good bra

Jasmund, try these things. They WILL help.
When sleeping, get on your side and pull your knees up towards your chest
and place a firm pillow between your knees. This helps align your spine.
You can buy pillows made specifically for this but you don't really need to.
(Knees should be apart by 4-6 inches or so)
Sit-ups. Really. They are a pain to do but they work. Start slow and work
up to a comfortable amount. (I do 50 5 days a week) This strengthens
those tummy muscles. Which in turn helps support your aching back.
Sit on HARD things (at least FIRM) to watch tv, etc. and place a firm
pillow at the small of your back. Again, you can get "ergonomic" chairs
for the computer, etc. but you don't really need them.
ROCKING CHAIR. This is the one thing I would say to spend money on.
But it doesn't have to be a lot, just a plain little hard wood rocking
chair, rock for 15 minutes or so a day if you can.
Good luck!!

It's not only the backache, poor posture, and strap indentations on the shoulders that's a pain in the bum.
It's not fair that we have to pay through the nose for our lingerie!
Sure i can go and buy a cheap bra, unfortunately it looks like its been custom built for a russian shotputter!
I'd love to walk into a Dept store and pick up a twee frilly one with rosebuds and bows on it, with spaghetti shoulder straps off the shelf.
Not a blummin chance, it's into a lingerie shop to pay 4 times more! :-5

Val is correct the way to strengthen your back is through your stomach muscles. I for one can't do situps because of my neck, one sit up and I'm in protracted pain for days. So I do leg lifts.. not as hard, and you get the same results.
I also do PILATES, well I use to do it on a regular basis. Now my office has my Granddaughter and Daughter living in it...so the exercise has gone by the way side. Anyway PILATES is great for any part of the body, stretches, tones, relaxing, but a good workout as well..
Also my freinds that have the large breast problem often wear their bra's to sleep in, it actually relieve some of the problem for a bit. :-3

I love posts where we talk about what we don't like about ourselves, there's so much source material!
You know what I would change? Adult acne. We were told in school that acne was a thing we'd grow out of as we grew out of adolescence. Ha! What a lie. I'm sure when I'm 80 and my face is nice and oily and unlined I'll be happy, but I could certainly do with a clearer complexion.
My gripe isn't nearly as legitimate as the breast gripe. Hrm. Maybe I'll just say that I wish I had breasts to gripe about.
