Unfortunitly he will not face the death penalty. Because as I understand it there is no death penalty in Kansas. Man , if anyone deserves it he does. And I am not very fond of the deatyh penalty anyway. But he makes a good case for it.:-1

Actually Kansas is a death penalty state. BTK's crimes were committed before the law was on the books. True, he is killer, but I don't believe any government should have the right to murder it's citizens, no matter how bad they may be.

Well I know . I don't believe in the death penalty either. We are the only civil nation that still does it.

The death penalty stops a beating heart. Thou Shalt Not Kill. Sounds like Far Rider will be denied entry into Heaven if he goes on his murder spree.

the rest of his life in prision being ALIVE which is NOT what his victims are... and he will spend it there at the cost of millions to the tax payers to make sure he has heat in winter, AC in summer, 3 good meals a day plus snacks, time in the gym, library and other activities so he does not get bored. He will be protected if the other inmates what a piece of his sleazy ass... he will get good to top notch

medical and dental care all at the expense of the taxpayers and in return his

victims were tied up, tortured horribly begging for death and then he killed them slowly and cruely to savor every moment.... leaving their family members to

live with this the rest of their natural lives..

We can all believe in different things......but some one who takes a life deserves the same...:-5 My nephew could have graduated school in 2007 - but now he can't - because he is buried in the Denver Cemetery - Murdered in Florida...and guess what - that phys co B*TCH gets to walk out soon...is that fair? I know everyone has their opinion but until your family member is taken by a crazed person (the child's mother) and let out to the public...then don't judge any one for wanting the death penalty....JMO

If I do not get into heaven because I feel this way - then good - I can be in hell with that evil B*TCH and make her eternity worse then HELL...

Sorry about your nephew... I lost a personal friend to Gacy and also the brother to a life long friend to that monster as well... he death did not come soon enough or horrific enough. Maybe all the peaceniks need to suffer personally at the hands of these pyschos to understand what its all about before their nice little bleeding hearts give out for to much blood loss on the wrong people.
