Tell you what, I used to use Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) for muscle aches- but I read that it can damage your hearing. What's that? Come again? Anyway, I use it very sparingly now. I understand females use it for cramps.

A thing about Tylenol (acetaminophen). It's supposed to be useless for anything but a headache, because it doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier effectively or something- has anyone else heard this? Anyway, if I have pain anywhere but in my head I don't use Tylenol.
