Do you ever wake up just feeling good for no apparent reason? Today I am in the best of moods and am gripped with the inexplicable urge to get up and dance. Unfortunately I cannot as I would probably be shipped off to the looony bin, so I thought I'd spread some of the goodness around the garden! Have a happy day!

Majenta, when the spirit grabs you , GIVE IN!!! Who cares who's looking or thinks you're nuts? Just get up and dance!
I've heard that if you suppress these urges, the giddiness builds up and finds release in other ways. So you may feel gassy if you don't find a way to let loose. :yh_rotfl :yh_rotfl

I would rather dance than eat. Can't do it at the computer though, but the feet are movin and so it the head and shoulders.

I have my radio on in my office at work... and once in awhile a tune comes up that makes ya wanna dance.....................I don't................but I can tap my toes and slightly bob my head to the beat. The famous subtle "sit-down" dance.
