if you wanted to Mom, check after he's moved to see whose neighborhood he moves into, and whether he registers. if he doesn't register he can be incarcerated. this is half the problem, they don't advise authorities when they move.

We had one moving in with his mother across the street from me but the neighborhood made that a less than desirable choice........so he didnt. :sneaky:
