The word disgusting comes to mind, actually. It also makes me wonder how often this has occured and we've never heard about it. Can you imagine for a second if this was a 'Bush' person? My god would there be an uproar. Again..disgusting.

That guy has made life difficult for honest researchers who go to the Archives! We would have been jailed if we had taken any documents from there, he should be also. I know security has been upped tremendously there everytime I go down to research, and it is because of his theft.

Yes it is weird that the leftist remain silent on this security issue huh?
Just what were THEY hiding?
Here is a quote from article that really makes you ask questions.
What were the destroyed documents...REALLY?
I think they showed bin-laden was offered up on a platter and had nothing to do with the "Millennium 2000" terror plot............
.......................................................................................................
The stolen documents were copies of highly secret memorandum, possibly with handwritten notes, that allegedly were critical of the Clinton administration’s response to the "Millennium 2000" terror plot to bomb the Los Angeles International Airport.
Berger initially said he took copies of the classified documents regarding terrorism from the National Archives by "accident" and then misplaced them in what he described as an "honest mistake." He later admitted, however, that after pilfering the documents, he destroyed three of the five with scissors at the office of his consulting firm.

Go BTS! There is no way to take documents from the Archives by accident, regular researchers are searched twice before leaving the buildings, all belongings, every paper they have. You must even have clearance if you bring a paper into the research room-like if you have notes on it or something like that. It must be stamped and inspected twice.

This makes it even more evident that all he got was a slap on the wrist. In three years we will have an out and out criminal with a security clearance. How many like him are there? Are our national security secrets safe?
