I walked across the street and got a couple of large pizzas for me and the office staff. I carried grated soy cheese to put on them- some of us are lactose intolerant. That's what I'm eating right now.

For lunch I have my usual: nutrional bar, rice cakes, diet coke....................it is almost dinner time, home-made beef stew! Been simmering in the crock pot all day long!

Creamy Clam Chowder with saltines, grapes & a apple.

My favorite office lunch is sushi!

Leftovers from last night's dinner. I made something I call "cabbage stuff". I cut up a pound of bacon & throw it into a pot to cook, not fry. Then I cut about 1/2 to a full head of cabbage (depending on how big it is). I throw that in with the bacon & cook it on medium with a lid on.

While that is cooking, I boil water in another pot. When that comes to a boil, I add pasta. You can use whichever pasta you want, but I usually use rotini. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it. Then add the bacon/cabbage mixture & stir it all together. Spoon onto a plate or into a bowl. Then add a bit of soy sauce. It's wonderful! My daughter & I have made this for several people & they LOVE it!!

2 boiled eggs, couple slices of cheddar cheese a couple lovely Vinta Crackers and glass of water. Yeah sounds dietary eeeek hehehehehe
