Today is the last day of my vacation,which is ok.



however, my son has been sick for 3 days,and this morning I woke up and yep, guess what, I have it.

It seems that we forget from year to year how truly nasty certain illnesses can be. Mine is just the head that feels like a rock and a fever , entire body hurts and has anyone seen my nyquil?

-Question, will I still have a job if I call in tomorrow because i am really sick.

At this point I dont care. I will go, I always do,but it sure seems early in the year for this stuff.



What comes each year with fall/winter that you forget until it's there? And I am not talking apple pies, fireplace,Christmas, I'm talking shoveling snow etc.



-Wow lack of sleep , maybe thats why I was so cranky about the check writting thread, I was sick and hadnt realized it.

Oh gawd and I thought it was just me! Started out with some mild nose congestion last week and it has now moved into my chest. I'm better today...Yesterday was hell....my chest felt "full" and I couldn't get a good breath...my whole body hurt....my mother-in-law watched my two year old for two hours in the morning so I could get some sleep and then she brought me some Robitusen Severe Congestion capsules....THANK THE LORD! They really worked! I feel much better today...still a little sore, but I think that is from sleeping on the couch because my darling husband snores so danged loud!

I thought it was just my allergies slaming down on me, but I've been talking to quite a few people who are suffering with this.

I'm going to keep drinking my orange juice and Robitusen....maybe I'll add some zinc tablets....those Cold Eze things are great too.
