-At the end of your day, when your all snuggled in, and have set the alarm, what do you do. Do have anxiety, worry about small stuff , does your day affect your dreams etc.

-

-I reveiew my day,Happy with all the people I have helped, dissapointed with myself on others that maybe I should have, and say a prayer for the cranky ones.

Ask god to use me to be a blessing on someone in need.

-Ps. Hey!!! I have internet service again, Abbey, I finally got all caught up. I am sooooooo happy.

Usually review what needs to be done tomorrow, then too tired to remember dreams, which is probably the best thing anyway.

The main idea is to try and get a decent amount of sleep, which is almost never.

I am usually so exhausted I am asleep shortly after hitting the pillow. I watch a little Fox news and I'm OUT! The time that I mostly gather my thoughts and review my day/plan for the next is just after the kids go to bed.....

Ahhh look who is back our best topic poster Jas, oooo hunny so nice to see you again. I love your topics.

Ok me, I put nice thoughts into my head before I sleep, usually something about the kid, or the bf as this eases me into sleep it keeps anxiety away when I really need sleep.

I used to have a problem with nightmares, so I like to think of a few pleasant things I'd like to dream about. Usually that makes me drift off faster than if I lay there reviewing my day.
