I am at the point to have to start building an arc, it has been "raining" heavily here in New England for the last "7" days straight!!! It's getting depressing!

WHAT IS THE LONGEST TIME IT HAS RAINED IN YOU NECK OF THE WOODS?

Hmmm....rain. I seem to recall reading about it in a book somewhere. Some absurd notion about "water falling from the sky" or some such nonsense.

At 5500 feet in the high desert, we don't have anything like that.:-3

Well it's only just started to rain again this year where I live in OZ, we had years without. So every time it rains everybodies really happy and to have a whole week of it would be great. We have an State Emergency Flood boat that we have to take 100kms to the nearest river just so we can practice in case we ever flood here out westen NSW :D

It's been raining on and off here all week.

A few years ago we had so much rain that the old natural springs came up again and the roads were flooded. It was so bad that I couldn't get out of my town one weekend to do my Christmas shopping....ended up doing it online...

I think that was the year that Lewes in East Sussex was badly flooded.

We think we are in a drought situation if it doesn't rain for a couple of weeks here....can't start to imagine YEARS without rain.!!!!

A few years ago, we had rain every day in January except for 3. And they

didn't come in a row or anything. It was a mess.

Actually, keeping your point in mind, I was planning on building the Arc with all the used McDonald's styrofoam cups, plates & boxes they use. :wah:

NOt impossible cars...

Plastic Lumber Yard Plastic Lumber will not check, splinter, rot or suffer termite or marine borer damage for the full life of the original structure, regardless of ownership.

Couldn't find an illustration of an arc cars....but this stuff looks good and is environmentally freindly...won't rot so you can re-use it for the next flood...:yh_rotfl

The sun's struggling to fight through the clouds, but it's not raining. Yesterday some places had one months rainfall in one day....the forecast where I live is showery with some sunshine all week...covers it all really...interesting thing is the temperature...round about 17c all week...warm for the time of year.

Hope your weather this week is all you want it to be...:-6 :-6 :-6
