I don't know, people don't lurk the way they used to. I remember when I was a lad people used to lurk for months and then faint with terror when they finally posted and someone replied. Bah. The fun a jaundiced oldster could have pulling the wings off newbies. All gone now, it was a simpler time all round.

Welcome to ForumGarden. Scrape your shoes at the door and then take them off before you post next time, football studs do terrible things to the carpet.

[1] It's possible that "football studs" doesn't translate well across the Atlantic. Use your imagination.
