I don't know if alot of you live in apartments or not. I wish we could buy a house. BUT IT"S TO D HARD AND EXPENSIVE. I mean really it's not like going to buy a pair of shoes at your local walmart. MIllions of forms morgage companies denieing you, because you a 1,000 phone left from when your a Kid. I mean really let's get serious a p[hone bill.
anyway unfortunitly I live in an apartment situation. when I first came into forum Garden WHERE WE ALL GROW AND LEARN TOGETHER, I lived in one bedroom with two children. Now I moved and I live in the crummiest spot in town. And I pat well over 600. dollars to live here.
Thats not the bad part, I have 24 yearold upstairs niegh who two weeks ago came down screaming at me cursing at me just because I asked her sister to move her car. I cannot stand her, and I wish I just pick up and Move.:-5

There can be bad neighbours wherever you live.
You got to try and completely ignore her, they want you to react, they want you to be angry. I lived with bad neighbours for years, they made me ill but it soon became apparant that they were so miserable in their lives they just wanted to make everyone else miserable.
After four years I started to completely ignore them and they didn't like it at all, they picked up their campaign for a while, they would hold their hand on the horn as they drove past my cottage, then slam doors and shout, make as much noise as they could, and they knew I had two children sleeping in bed. Everytime she stared in my kitchen window at me I used to walk away, but as I got stronger I started smiling and blowing kisses at them, they were stunned and didn't know what to do!! Don't let her get to you she's not worth it.

I'm not sure I understand your deal with the phone bill, but if I were a lender and found out that you had an unpaid $1,000 phone bill from when you were a kid, I wouldn't lend you a dollar. A debt is a debt, and they are mean't to be paid, not ignored.
