BRITISH POLICE'S BIGGEST BALLS UP. sHOULD THEY PAY???

We have had other threads on here about the shooting of an innocent Brazilian man on London's Underground when he was mistaken for an Al-Queda suspect.

After evidence is given by police gunmen who shot him in the inquest, the question is..... Are the police to blame and if they are.... what should happen to these officers???
