Burgundy Wine

Post by Lon »

I forgot how much I really enjoy this particular wine. I am fixing spaghetti and meat balls for dinner this evening and picked up a half gallon of Burgunday for about $6.00 this morning. It's great with tomato based pasta dishes and a better buy than the merlots and cabs.

You are right. Wine is cheap here in California. I buy lots of wine each year and have noticed a huge reduction in costs due to the competition from Australian wines as well as so many new domestic wineries marketing their wares. All good news for the consumer.
