My SIL decorates her tree red & white. I added one year to her, why don't you throw some blue in there so it could match the hubbies business colors.:wah:

Sorry but I'm going to be a bah humbug. :(

Can't pin the ex down on whats happening with the children this year. To be honest if he asks to take them away I may just let him, money is damn tight and I'm not sure whats going to happen come christmas.

I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Folks who'd like to copy my intellectual work should expect to pay me for it.:-6

oh i love a live tree, we used to always get a live one too, but i started wanting to decorate earlier and earlier so we ended up getting a fake one.

it's seems a little more like Christmas with a live one though. :)

Oh, we used to do the same thing. It didn't matter how the tree looked, but it was more special than the tree now.

they are much nicer than the real ones with their huge spaces everywhere......with my artificial, the branch's are thick and close together so the light cords do not see thru.

and the real ones......have to keep watering them and what a mess to clean up after the holidays.

I spray a 'pine scented Christmas spray' on our tree, so it does smell like a fresh pine tree.

and of course have strong pine scented candles.
