Speaking of drama....

Post by devist8me »

...why do people in real life go searching for drama? I went out with some friends the other night. One particular friend, who usually creates drama when we go out, stayed home.

My crowd kept saying in a disappointing way, "man, we always have a good time when she comes out", yet in the same breath say "atleast we won't get in any fights this year!!!". It's like they don't have any fun unless people are stirring it up.

Makes no sense.

Now that sounds like fun! However, I'm talking about "not fun" drama, where someone has to go to jail and significant amounts of money is paid for "court costs" and legal fees lol

You're thinking of the Philadelphia Eagles where they actually have a judge and court in the stadium for the idiots. Lincoln Financial Field. No, no, we are talking about the Phillies vs Tampa Bay. We are always good there.

Some people might consider that fun drama (abusing a waiter).

Drama does not equal fun to me if people get hurt in some way. I know so many like this and wondered....well....why!

The "diva" in my office was a drama queen. Now that she has quit and moved, we have our office back. It is so nice. I guess folks think people like that are a "headache" sometimes, but they are never boring. You never know what to expect from them as they like to be in control and the center of attention.

I do not miss the drama. At all.

folks who look for drama are people who are are insecure with themselves and require tons of affection from others.
Life is just to short for drama.

Agreed..... rather than drama queens/kings though, I could think of a much better word - sh*t stirrers!....

Some people just aren't happy unless they're causing sh*t for others, they usually require a large audience though... so they have plenty of peeps to hide behind once the sh*t kicks off, sadly in most instances those people never quite realise they're being used to fuel the sh*t whilst the sh*tstirrer sits back and enjoys the view...... Sad really.

they are insecure or and not happy within themselves so they start trouble to bring attention to themselves or hurt someone else..its always about them..either they are rolling in the attention they get or they are satisfied they have brought someone down to their level of pain.

My 20yr old daughter...she has always been a drama queen. Even tho she's outta the house, she still lives for drama. I don't think she knows how to live without it.

OMG........everyday?

they need to be dropped down a peg or two.

-dominating conversations and butting it constantly is another drama queen style for sure, it has to always be about them.

to bad they don't realize instead of people liking them..............
