Does ANYONE with an apple laptop know how to delete desktop pictures? I feel like i've tried everything but I am sure it's not impossible.. any advice will help forealll!

only thing I do is right-click them and delete.

but that is not on apple.
Life is just to short for drama.

Apple made lots of laptops.

They had lots of operating systems like OS9 and OSX for example.

They work differently. If you tell us what you've got and the release version of the operating system it would help us.

When you say "desktop pictures" to you mean the background wallpaper, or do you mean a file containing a photo that's on the desktop, or do you mean the standard desktop contents that came on the machine originally like the waste basket (usually called Icons)?

Reading http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=193564 might get you sorted if it's that sort of picture but I don't expect it is.
