With all the threads we have had of late about animal cruelty, i was so heartened to see this in tonight's news.

Agreed. I'm just so pleased the pup survived. it's a shame it's in Italy or i'd go right down there and adopt him. :-4:-4

so many abused animals here, and they always find homes for them!

Animal lovers like you and I would rather see an abused animal be placed in a warm loving home than an animal that is just for sale.:-4

Absolutely. My new pup 'Rosie was in her 3rd home at just 12 weeks old (approx).

She got passed around the family because they said she was a pain in the neck.

When she was spotted, there was no question about should we or shouldn't we. We just got her the hell out of there. It's their loss now. I'm taking her to visit them at Christmas just so they can see what a beauty they passed up.

One of the reasons i don't holiday in countrie's like Turkey any more is because they just don't have our animal rights. I won't go into details but i have just wanted to bring them all home.

If i won the lottery, i would open an animal sanctuary. I bet you would too. :-6
