Seems reasonable, mainly - but "Holiday shopping" ? Christmas, ne cest pas?

Great advice gentlemen,

I would add to that. You can get great deals right now online.

If your not a computer person, get someone you know who is, and have them help you.

I know DELL.COM had some great values right now. You can customize it yourself, and believe me free shipping, great addons, and its to you in a week..!!

Mind you I don't work for DELL. Wish I had some stock in the company.

We gave up building them ourselves at work. We now order from DELL.COM business systems. Haven't been dissapointed so far. Since doing this our computer problems have all but dissapeared..

For home use they are great, sure there is alway a chance of a LEMON. But I can say this, every member of my family have several DELL'S. Everyone is totally satisfied. They look good, run well, and require little if any maintance.

Just a thought when looking for HOLIDAY gifts..!!

Carla.......I am using a Dell now, and it is a good computer I guess but I'm so used to a MAC this one is driving me nuts. I'll be the big 70 in January and I'm asking my kids for my last BIG favor and buy me a MAC. I used one for 20 years , wrote a newspaper on it for a year....................jeeze that was years ago when they were slower! All I want is an iMAC. I don't download music......so don't need the big

G-4's...........I'm praying!

No problem with spelling ranger! LOL I'm a horrible speller, keep a dictionary on my desk all the time. The G-3 is a great MAC.........My son writes music on his.

I started out years ago with MAC plus......can't imagine going back to it.

i do not need another computer, i NEED to get my PICTURES to YOU ALL...would some-one come here and do that for me? You do want to see my Pet COWS, and my grand-dogs? how do i get pictures to you... :guitarist
