hello its only me
following on from yesterdays thread and the outragous accusations about the BNP being firebombers skinheads and boot boy facists i would like to take the opotunity to post a letter from nick griffin to all on the BNP website.
Dear Friend,
I’m writing this personal ‘stop press’ letter to you to give you a better insight into the extraordinary media barrage about the BNP ‘leaked’ list. Nothing could show better just how frightened the liberal ‘elite’ now are of our coming breakthrough.
I deeply regret the leak of that year-old list by a disgruntled former employee, because everyone is entitled to privacy. Over this year the party has invested heavily in new technology and procedures to stop this type of thing from happening again as far as humanly possible.
We are also working very closely with the police to track down and punish those responsible for the co-ordinated campaign against our party and members. The other good news is that there really is more silver lining than cloud in this case.
First, I’m pleased to be able to tell you categorically that the recently passed Equality Act means that the only jobs from which our people can legally be barred are in the police and prison services.
In all other professions, including teaching and all civil service jobs, any persecution on political grounds would lead to the BNP member concerned getting a huge compensation payout for unfair dismissal.
We have just secured a commitment from a firm of highly experienced employment rights lawyers to act, pro bono, on behalf of any person on the list. In addition, the independent nationalist trade union Solidarity, will also take up the case for free.
It was a Solidarity rep who recently secured from the Teaching Council of Britain the admission that there is no reason why BNP members cannot be teachers, provided they leave their politics at the school gates. This makes a mockery of the attempt to frighten our people by the journalists and trade union call centre workers who called up making all sorts of empty threats.
I know that you and all our other loyal members are made of tougher stuff than the general population. Our ‘Band of Brothers’ is standing firm through the list storm and all the other attacks launched by our increasingly desperate opponents.
The publicity about the high quality of our membership has massively improved our image. As a direct result we had more than 100,000 visitors to our website in one 24-hour peak period, and estimate many times more than that amount never managed to get through due to the demand on our servers. Those that did succeed in getting through read nearly two thirds of a million pages. This was double the previous record, which was set when we made our huge London Assembly breakthrough earlier this year.
The whole affair has blown up in the faces of the plotters and the anti-British traitors. The public are more eager for our message than ever, and many of our new website visitors will keep coming back, become committed nationalists, and join our ranks.
It is testament to our growing strength that the enemies of this country have resorted to such a disgraceful and underhand attack on all of us and our personal liberty – but their stunt has backfired on them big-time! Thank you for your continued help in getting our message of hope across.
Yours sincerely,
Nick Griffin.
British National Party Chairman.

the BNP can be a serious political party but it must distance itself from combat 18 and the national front
which are far right facist parties the BNP can do without.

Since the arriveal of computers, polls are more accurate than they have ever been. The US election proved that.
Weather you like it not, you can not get away from the fact that Labour were 14% behind the Tory's in the polls. Over the last two months that gap has closed to only 3% behind and they are gaining. Even the most respected journalists are asking 'what exactly is Cameron offering?' The man talks out of his arsse. All he can do is critise the present government without actually coming up with any better proposals. Whe Gordon Brown gets something right that is popular, Cameron comes out bleating that 'it was his idea first'. Pathetic playground tears and no manifesto, no proposals and no bloody hope.
It is fact that the country became dis-heartened under the Blair government and were divided on the Iraq war. Most of the the country believed Brown to be of the same mould. His popularity has risen dramatically when polls carried out by several national newspapers show that the majority believe he has handled the economy crisis well.
SNP supporters predicted a trouncing for Brown in the Glenrothes by-election. Dispite the poor turn-out, Brown hammered the SNP on their own turf. THE TORY'S LOST THEIR DEPOSIT!!! This is a pre warning of what would happen in a General election.
Before the Glenrothes by-election Cameron was calling for a general election. On the results he thought better of it and cancelled his requests for Brown to go to a vote.
It is now, the Labour Party that is considering calling a 'snap' election while Brown's popularity is high and continuing to rise.
Goodbye Mr Cama-moron. :yh_rotfl

If this is the 'alternative' government with increasing numbers into the party, why are the existing one's so worried that their details have been leaked??
If they have something to hide and don't want anyone knowing they are on this list, then it's not exactly the party they try to portray is it??

First of all, if you read any report of Gordon Brown's long term proposals for this country, you will find that he has been heavilly critisised for talking of Immigration 'control'. He has even been labelled a racist by some no hope Tory back-benchers. It was only very recently that i remember Gordon Brown saying these words, 'To control immigration is common sense not racism'.
Surely, that is what you want?
The Glenrothes by-Election saw the Tory's lose their deposit when them and The Scottish National Party predicted a comfortable win over Labour. The results spoke volumes. Prior to this election, Cameron was calling for Brown to go to the country. After the shock result and swing to Labour (on the SNP's own turf in Fife), Cameron backed down and called off his idea of an election.
Totally turning the tables, advisors have now urged Brown to call a snap election in June next year. Another of Gordon brown's proposals is to pull all troops out of Iraq. This will give a massive swing to Labour when votors who were anti-Iraq war split under the Blair government. Brown will now have those votes back.
Only a few days ago, Cameron ordered party workers to go on high alert after the Tory lead in opinion polls fell dramatically in recent weeks.
The Tory's are bracing themselves for Gordon Brown to use Monday's Pre-Budget report in which he will give away £15 billion in tax cuts, as the launching pad for a winter election campaign.
Although Brown is at the moment saying he is entirely focosed on the economy, Cameron is not taking any chances and has told his senior team, to be ready, just in case.
Sounds like Cameron is running scared to me.
If you are loyal to the Tory's perhaps i can remind you that it was actually 'Ted Heath' who proposed entering Europe in the first place and handing power over not a Labour government.
I.D. cards and 'big Brother state? Can you tell me why any decent law abiding person would be against I.D. cards especially when they control a large % of crime in America and have done for years? Surely anything that counter-acts global terrorism and criminal activity has to be a bonus? Only some-one with something to hide fears I.D cards. Fact.
If you have been following the pre-budget proposals, you will know that Gordon Brown has threatened legal action against lenders who do not pass cut interest rates onto borrowers and those that will not lend to small businesses and familie's. That is hardly running the country down.. It's called fiscal injection.
I said it before and again, the biggest mistake, Cameron, Tory voters and everyone else made, was to guess that Gordon Brown was simply another Blairite. That's their downfall now and it's what will cost them the next election.
FOUR MORE YEARS
Finally, it's funny how the BNP members on the leaked list are now shyting themselves that they may be out of a job or fire-bombed. This is the 'Alternative government' you talked of. Why would they want to hide their membership? Why crap themselves because they're name has come up on the list?? :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl
now the tories are doing what labour should be doing policy wise and listening to what the public want to mend broken britain talk about role reversal.
IF THE PUBLIC VOTE LABOUR BACK IN IN MAY THEY DESERVE ALL THEY GET
BECAUSE THINGS WONT GET BETTER THEY WILL GET WORSE !!!!
AND WE WILL BE AN ETHNIC MINORITY IN OUR OWN COUNTRY BEFORE THE NEXT
CHANCE TO BOOT LABOUR OUT THIS IS WHY WE MUST MUST TAKE THE REINS AND DO IT THIS TIME
MORE ON THAT IN MAY..
WE SHOULD HAVE KEPT IAN DUNCAN SMITH IN THAT PROBABLY COST US THE LAST ELECTION
Sounds like Cameron is running scared to me.

yes it is but who let them all in first off tony the smiling viper blair.
he dropped this country in the **** saw what sort of a mess he had made of it and how unpopular he was and knew labour would never win another term under his leadership and shuffled off to another post leaving gordon brown to sort out the mess he had made apart from the fact there where plans afoot within the labour party to oust blair.
i think after 8 years of labour misrule mostly caused by blair its time for a change of leadership some new ideas hopefully some new conservative ideas.
brown knows he hasnt got a chance of winning the next election and is hanging on to his post in number 10 as long as possible and giving his political spin.
where would we be with another 4 years of labour rule ?
more stealth taxes i.d cards nanny state more immigrants i hope this time people
will see and remember what sort of a mess labour has made and boot them out.
i think the in fighting among the tories cost us the last election if we had left things as they where with ian duncan smith for prime minister we could have won the last election

As your fairly new here, i don't expect that you have trawled through all members previous posts. If you had, you'd know that i actually loathe Tony Blair with a passion. He is a back-stabbing lying Judas who cringed around America.
I was a paid up member of the Labour Party for many many years donating money i could ill afford. A year ago, my family cut up my party membership card with scissors and posted it to No 10. (Don't know if it ever got here though).
Without boring you to death about today's pre-budget statement, the critisims you have of Labour are being put right by Brown.
I said it before but a mistake most made (including me) was to assume that Brown was another Blairite. I support Brown simply because over the past year, he has won my respect.
You talk of in-house squabbling among the Tory's. Did you not know of what was going on in the Cabinet for years before Blair went? Certainly in the two years prior to Blair going, there was bitter in house fued. Brown had two options. He wanted Blair out. One way would have been to resign over his dis-agreements with Blair policey. If he did this, he would possibly have brought the Labour Government down and short of defecting to the Tory's he's never have taken No 10. Or, he could hang in there and with the Party faithfull to Brown, he could do exactly what he did. No one other than Gordon Brown is responsible for Blair's down-fall. He ousted him when the cabinet backed Brown. I won't go into details, but he used some pretty dirty deeds to get Blair out and he was rather canny in that respect.
The things you highlight about the Labour Party, i am in agreement over many. Unfortunately, the global economy has dominated Brown's one year as PM so far and there is still much to do on home Policie's. he has already flagged up the 'control' of immigration and another you have mentioned 'The fat cats', he has now hammered in his budget. Brown, by nationalising the banks has sacked the bank chiefs and Directors, something that America hasn't yet had the balls to do.
In today's budget, it has been announced that the massive tax cuts that take immediate effect for the lower paid sector will be re-payed by the rich. Something Blair was critisied for not doing. Any-one who earns over £150,000 has had a tax increase to 45%. This does not affect investment into Schools, Hospitals, and the infrastructure which has already seen massive fiscal injection under Brown.
Cameron today is basically stuffed. If he opposes Brown's cuts for the reduction in tax for lower paid workers and a rise for the rich, he will be seen as supporting the rich and not caring about the poor. If he opposes, it will show he that he is being unfair to tax everyone when the money men caused the slump in Britain.
I have just heard on the news that 'Pension credit' for pensioners is also going to rise.
VAT has not been adjusted since 'Norman Lamont' raised it from 15% to 17.05%. Today, it has been reversed to 15%.
Brown will always have his critics who say that as Chancellor under Blair, he caused the money problems. I now think, he could have been over-ridden by Blair given the bitter in house fued between them.
Yes, Brown has borrowed more money for this fiscal injection into the infrastructure of the country. Brown actually borrowed the least amount of money than any other free country during the past ten years. The only other option to borrowing would be to increase taxes on all when folks are struggling enough as it is. It would also mean cut backs on services, such as transport Education and the NHS.
As i said, brown has a long way to go on home policie's but i think what the country is seeing over the past year is a totally different animal to Blair.
You only have to look at what Brown did to iceland when they shafted british Investors. For the first time, we had a PM who used anti-terrorism laws to bankrupt them overnight and freeze their banks, much to critisism around the world, however, that's what i look for in a PM, a man who has the balls to stand up to the EU and other countrie's and take the flak.
It's already reported in the financial press that Obama is going to have a very rough ride with Brown as he won't put up with America ruining his blue-print for economic recovery. this is a far cry from the weak Blair who rode Bush's coat-tails.
I will not be re-newing my Labour Party membership just yet. I want to see what else he comes up with. If a general election was not based on constituancy, i would be voting for Brown, however, i can not vote Labour in my constituancy and i will be helping a new junior conservative in the next year all i can to oust our Labour local MP of 19 years. the man is a nob who does nothing. It's time to go.
However, be prepared for some very dirty Tory smear campaigns. It's what happens when they are backed into a corner.

All the immigration problems started with the tories back in the fifties and carried on through the sixties and seventies and eighties. All the let's keep britain great and look after the empire and those who want to come and live here because this is britain brigade. Right wing politics not left wing are to blame. Unless of course you are daft enough to really believe they have all arrived in the least eleven years while TB was in power.

I said i agreed with gmc on SOME points Andy as to agree fully with that bearded haggis botherer would mean i was suicidal and about to join the Scottish National Party. :yh_rotfl
As i said, if a general election was purely a vote for Brown, Cameron or Clegg, then there would be no choice but to vote Brown.
However, in my own constituancy, i happen to believe that the Junior Conservative has the communitys interests at heart. The Labour MP for our area has been in for 19 years, he is past it and is a nobcheese.
This junior Conservative has my own issue's at heart i.e. the opposition of building 12,000 more houses on greenbelt very near my home and many other issue's such as opposition to 24 hr alcohol sale by one of our largest supermarkets in an area already badly suffering from drunken anti-social behaviour. It is simply down to what is going to be best for my community and if the Labour MP took these issue's on board then I'd be out on a freezing wet sunday delivering his leaflets instead.
This is something much of the electorate doesn't seem to grasp. In any general election, they think they are voting for the Prime Minister or his opposition. They are not. They are voting for their constituancy and they have to vote for who they feel will help their community the best, not go with a has-been MP just because he is the same party as the big leaders.
