I think we're ready for it, Far. Some of us just don't agree with what you've been saying. But, freedom of speech, whether in your country or mine, or on this board is a privilege we enjoy.

Happy Thanksgiving. And I hope you can come to terms with your disappointment and get on with your life, and come back soon to flirting in the cyberbarroom with all your lady admirers and arguing religion with the usual lot.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Count your blessings today, for that is what this day is for. You are blessed with family and love, and the rest of the world can wait awhile.

I am thankful for another day, kids upstairs laughing and eating, my husband smiling with a full tummy. Those are things I never take for granted anymore, and am happy the day is good.

I did read the whole of what Jester wrote, JAB, and he was very upset indeed yesterday. I do hope he's okay. You are his friend, and it's nice to see you supporting him. I hope he comes to terms with his disappointment and takes time out to be with his nearest and dearest and relax a bit. He's part of the FG family and we all care about him.

It's too cold today in Noo Joisey, so I thought I'd pull up my beach chair on your West coast where it's warm, and watch the sun come up with a lovely cuppa joe and a good book....wanna join me....

I think we should rename this thread "Jester's relaxing, seaside beach" thread.

It should be a place where we can hang out all day, soak up the sun, read and discuss good books, and drink coffee and cosmos all day. There's a tiki bar next door that serves good food and drinks 24/7, and they deliver..:-6

My comment was written a month ago, Fuzzy. A lot of water has flowed under the bridge since then. But Kathy's pouring coffee, and the sun seems to be shining on her beach - so I'm going to relax on the sand. Figuratively.

Coming home on the ferry yesterday I ran into an interesting woman I know only slightly and she kindly invited me to do a walk with her and some friends today on a great cliff path which starts at Manly Beach. We'll take a picnic and our swimmers. I'm looking forward to it.
